This depends on what engine you now have as to what to do.
There is the BTP engine (turbo 1.8) that is a direct bolt in for the other engines, how difficult it would be for the Diesel is unknown to me. The price depends on where you buy it. This is the engine found in the Ford Laser TX3 and the Laser GTX. Also they can be found on the JDM market.
You can just change over to one of the MX5 (Miata) engines and use a turbo kit for one of them. Of course if you are starting with a 1.8 or 1.6 the turbo manifold would work, just a matter of finding the right down pipe.
That will be the hard part on any swap, the down pipe, intercooler piping and intercooler location. But if you are any good with fabrication, it should be no problem. The down pipe for the Lasers should work.
