What would be a good career for my character?

She is my main character's aunt and is very bubbly, cheerful and an all-around people person. She's not exactly rich, but definitly not poor and she lives in a small town in Colorado with around 3000+ people. What would be a good career for her? I was thinking a wedding planner, but in a small town it wouldn't make much sense.
Oh, and she's around 36-37 years old. Your help is appreciated! :)
 
Since she's bubbly and seems really sweet...I was thinking either a therapist (think Mrs. Focker from Meet the Fockers) or a skiing instructor or a Rockies Mountain tour guide (since she's in Colorado)
