What would be a good asking price for a 1984 Mazda B2000 Sundowner pickup truck?

It's one-owner, low-mileage (approx. 82,000) & always starts on the first crank. It has a little pushed-in area by one headlight which isn't very noticeable, brake fluid leak, real clean under the hood, new inspection sticker (January). Can't find one to price anywhere.
