What would be a fair price to ask for a 1994 used Honda accord?......?

It's a '94 Honda Accord EX, 4-door, leather, moonroof, all power. Why didn't I just check Kelly Blue Book? Well, because this car was stolen and in the process beaten up a little. It needs a new computer to make it run, and a new ignition (it was ruined when they stole it). They also cut a few cuts in the leather interior and must have gotten hit on their joy-ride because there is a dent in the passenger side which keeps that door from opening. I know, it's ALOT. But, the only reason why I'm asking is because I had a man that actually works on cars and fixes them up come to my door and wants to buy it. I have no clue what to sell it for. He told me to just give him a price, but I need some advice first, so I told him I'd call him back. PLEASE HELP! thx!
 
ask whatever you think. and he will say less. so ask for 1500. and see what he says. he will say 1000.00 is that what you want.
