What would be a fair price for me to pay for a 2009 Toyota Camry?

The dealer lists the MSRP at $19,579 and after all the rebates says that you pay $17,272. I would like to offer the dealer a final price of $17,000 which would include all of my taxes and DMV fees. Is that a reasonable offer?
 
you could try. but that would mean the price of the car would go down to $15,775 because taxs and DMV fee's normally run about 1500 which they will not bend in less you have top creidt like a perfect 800 or higher
