I bought it 3 months ago and I had a mechanic friend come with me to look at it and see if it was worth buying and fixing up. It was garage kept for 11 years as a "project car" it's been repainted, but the chrome is original and there's very little rust on it. It has brand new brakes and brake lines. The engine is a windsor 351. I've put almost 2 grand into it just replacing parts and getting a sub frame welded on to it. It also had an oil leak that was fixed. It has some things that still need work like the bed has two quarter size rusted out spots, but other than that it looks good. The upholstery looks good except for one tear that was sewn up. There is a hole in the floor on the passenger side unfortunately, i have a piece of metal over it under a floor matt. The heat works, but there is no A/C. Oh, yeah it has the original am radio. I hope I described it well enough without a picture, if anything sounds weird, I'm sorry!, I don't know a lot about cars. If anyone can give me an estimate on what I should ask that would be so great. I absolutely love it and I hate to sell it, but I need something more practical for going long distances. Thank you for your input!
