What would be a better dirt bike deal?

I am looking at getting between a 2006 Crf450r and a 2004 yz250f. the thing is, the yz250f is 1000 dollars less. Is the extra 2 years and 200cc's worth 1000 more dollars? I am 15, 120 pounds and have some decent experience with riding. I will be doing mostly trail riding, and some jumping and racing. Thanks
