Ok heres the deal. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and i am being sued by my own passanger. She is claiming to be disabled. I have hung out with her after the accident and there seems to be nothing wrong. She claims to suffer from memory loss and alleges she can work from it. I know for a fact she had no job prior to the accident and still continues not to work. How easy will it be for her to prove this disability (if she really has it).
