what would a planet simalar to earth except it was composed of 5% co2 look like?

the planet was composed of 90% water, 5% co2 versus the .04% here on earth, same rotations as earth, slightly closer to the sun... what would it be like? im pretty sure hot.. and lots of life, but what else? and what would life on it look like?
