i plan on buying a big black ghost knife fish from my friend he feeds him blood worms but could i change his diet to eat feeder fish.
I meant feeder fish as guppies
1.You need a 75g fish tank
2.Feeder fish are bad long term fish. Diseases, parasites, high in fat and low in nutrition.
3.Bloodworms are good food. Other live foods would work too.
I saw stick with the bloodworms since feeder fish are extremely unhealthy and can get the ghost knife severely sick. You can also frozen or flaked foods but I still say stick with bloodworms.
Mine used to live with gold fish(bought as feeder fish).
It ate fish flakes much to the surprise of the fish store.
I was told that meal worms were the norm.
