what works?

I am 24 years old and have had acne since around age 13. I wear oil-free makeup, don't wear makeup when I exercise, don't eat greasy fooRAB, I don't even drink dark sodas (which I have heard may cause acne).

My question is.....can anyone tell me any good facial washing products that work for reducing acne?

I, personally...would recommend either Cetaphil or the various Neutrogena products that you can get pretty much anywhere...they are the most consistent facial cleansers/washers out there on the market in my personal opinion. I use Neutrogena Face Wash once in the morning...and I have been getting great results (granted I am on Accutane but still.....it helps with a good facial cleanser nonetheless). Either one of those, Cetaphil or Neutrogena products, should do something at the very least!
 
Thanks! I have trouble sometimes because I can't use anything with Salicysic Acid (or however you spell it) because it makes me break out even worse and I get that cystic acne then. I call it under-the-skin bumps. I hate those! They hurt and then they look really ugly when they come to a head. I will try those two suggestions if I can fine any of them without the Salicycic Acid.

there's no salicylic acid in the one i use, it just has really basic ingredients. i think thats why it works, because it doesn't have harsh chemicals that will make acne worse. its also doesn't clog pores.

a study found that tea tree oil is just as effective as benzoyl peroxide, without drying the skin. your acne will immediately get clear. i used to get huge cystic acne with lots of pus, GROSS! and i had blackheaRAB, whiteheaRAB, the point is my skin was BAAADDD! but once i came up with this method (its not really a hard method hahah) it immediately got better within a week. also, amazingly the aloe vera gets all the scars away too! but the scars take time, so be patient with that. but yes, this really works to CLEAR skin.
