what wireless carrier can activate verizon iphone4, beside verizon, and pageplus?

After the stupid customer service rep. of page plus told me we started to activate Verizon iPhone 4, and i bought the phone, they changed their mind and say we can not. Are there any other wireless beside verizon, and page plus that can activate my verizon iphone4? Or do you know any pageplus deal who can do this fro me? I live in INDIANA Thanks
