What Will These Courses Involve, Applying For College Next Year HELP !?!?

I need to choose 4 subjects:
I have passed Level 1 & 2 at my school already so i will carry on ICT at college.
I was then thinking of doing Business Studies, is there anyone who does this, who can tell me what is involved?
Also Media Studies, what is involved in this?
Lastly, i was going to do Health & Social, what is involved in this aswell?
