I can see it now, following one of Obama's boring propaganda speeches.

"Have you been caught on the battlefield as a terrorist?, Did they read you the Miranda Rights?, even if they did call me I care, I am a liberal who voted for Obama and I have feelings for your rights"
 
There will probably be class action lawsuits against lenders who "tricked" borrowers into taking out larger loans and buying more house than they could afford, then having to suffer the mental anguish of a foreclosure, all because the bank tricked them, it's all the banks' fault. These poor people had no idea they couldn't afford $400,000 homes on $30,000 incomes.
