What will the court give her?

My cousin got a ticket of 250 dollars for shoplifting a shirt that was worth 12 dollars. They gave her a court date n before they went her mom went to go talk to the prosecutor and he said if she doesn't want this on her record she needs to pledge not guilty even though they did get her on camera. so her court date passed and she went in and out and said she was not guilty. Now she has another court date. What im asking is what the judge will give her? oh and she also has another court date because the store is pressuring chargers. But what will happen with the other court date?? with the judge not the store
she's under 18
 
if she's under 18, they'll probably either offer her a lesser fine or they'll allow her to do community service. i don't know what happens when the store presses charges..
