what will make my mazda 3 faster?

i have a 2004 mazda 3 that is a stickshift. what will help increase the speed and power to it? and what will help me get better gas mileage also?
 
A tuner chip that you can plug into to lean the car out or make it more powerful. Cold air intake and exhaust MIGHT help a little. Intercooler would help.
A turbo would REALLY help. but if you do a turbo you'll need new exhaust and intake anyways. not to mention a new or tuned ECU
 
you can't make a mazda fast, it's not tuned to be, get american if you want power speed and gas mileage, get foriegn as a beater
