I purchased additional mileage on my lease at 18 cents per mile. My lifestyle changed and I will be significantly under miles. As it stands, they will owe me a check for around $3,000.00. Do you think I will get this reimbursement from Chrysler, or does the bankruptcy let them out of it? Thanks for your response in advance!!
Well Ken, if you could read or knew anything you would know on a lease that you pay a greater penalty if you go over mileage. I calculated mileage on my lifestyle at that point. As I said, that has now CHANGED. Please answer this question only if you know the answer.
Please leave your source. I was a Finance Mgr. for a Chrysler store, so I know they do reimburse what you don't use. I'm wondering if the Bankruptcy lets them out of this obligation.
