Im on non reporting probation for 1 year for a misdemeanor marijuana charge. This is,my first time ever being in trouble with the law. I got a letter stating i violated probation for misding urine screenings and its my 1st probation violation. the case is in macomb county michigan too if that helps any. And the reason ive been missing is because i work 2 jobs, my vehicle has been in the shop for about a month and im also taking care of my father who recently had 2 neck surgeries and a back surgery. What do u think the judge will do to me?
