Ok here are the details.
- Im a minor for the next 9 days.
- I had an accident 11 months ago and got a failure to yield ticket. (due to snow, but they didnt care.)
- I recently got a speeding ticket for going 49 in a 35 and they coupled that with a curfew ticket for being out at three am.
- I had my mothers permission to come home that night, which she will verify in court to the judge.

Im just trying to get an idea of what the punishment will be so that I can be prepared.
I live in Ohio.
For the failure to yield ticket, I had to go to traffic school ( i was 3 (87 instead of 90) points away from having the accident removed from my license. I was angry.) and I did this kids and keys program. The judge didnt charge me court fees or any fees....just the two schooling things.

Thank god you are a minor. These are just infractions.

What did they charge you on your accident 11 months ago? Was it just a fine?

The speeding ticket will be a fine and curfew ticket will be a fine as well, the Judge will probably throw out the curfew ticket if you plead guilty to the speeding ticket. You can probably do some community service for a lesson learned.

Good luck to you and driving is a privelege, not an honor, respect the laws. Take care, Joe
