I've been having horrible cramps the first 3 or 4 days I'm on my period. They are so bad I can't do much of anything. They keep me awake and I feel like I'm going to be sick.
I haven't gone to the doctors because i'm worried she will want to do a physical exam and I've never had one done, but I'm considering going just bc it hurts so much.
What could this be? And what would the doctor do?
