I have a misdemeanor theft from ohio that i bailed out ($100.00) on. I plead not guilty and never showed up for my misdemeanor trial. I have moved over 500 miles away to another state where I know they won't travel the distance to pick me up, in fact the police even told me they wouldn't go that far to pick me up for a misdemeanor. What will happen if i get pulled over in my new state of residence though? will they arrest me in my new state?
