The current challenge to Prop 8 in federal court could go any way there aren't really any indications of a certain outcome at this point.
Just for discussions sake, what if the federal court upholds Prop 8? What would the gays do next? What if even the Supreme Court upholds it?
I'm not saying that it will be upheld but don't count your chickens before they hatch my friend.
