I'm 12 and about 5'5 1/2. I really want to get to 5'9 by the time I'm 14 or 15. don't ask why. but what will increase it? im going through puberty and i wanna know what will boost my height to 5'9. my brother is 6'2 and my parents say i'll be 5'10 but i think they're just saying that so i'll shut up. help!
