my brother got me a 1-year membership to a gym as a christmas present. i am about 6 ft and weigh 150 with like no muscle at all. im skinny as hell and weak weak weak. now if i take advantage of this membership, go 5 or 6 days a week for the whole year, working out everything and eating the right protein/calorie intake, will i see massive results by this time next year? or will i still be a skinny bastard?
