What Wii Game(s) should I buy?

Already own Zelda and CoD3 and I want to buy a new game or 2 tomorrow. But not sure if there are any games worth getting.

I really wanna try Red Steel but am afraid that it will suck as much as everyone says it does (control wise) - Also want to try Far Cry but am afraid that it will suck as much as everyone says it does

Don't want a game like Rayman or Monkey Ball.

Anyone got any suggestions? That golf game any good? I don't like the look/music in it but if it plays well it might be worth getting (and muting)

Excite Truck

I've played Red Steel and Far Cry, I thought Far Cry sucked, I rather enjoyed the time I got to play Red Steel, the sword fights were fun.

Madden 07 is fun on the Wii I bought that, NFS:C I thought the controls were lousy along with a few other things that kept me from liking it as much as most wanted.

I heard alot of bad stuff about RS, then tried it myself. Yeah...It's very jerky (IMO) Once they get the controls right for the Wiimote, shooters will be fine. I think that's why they're not having online games yet.... Trying to get things right first, mb?

Tried Madden too, fun new way of playing an old game, which is a plus..

I regret buying Xcite Truck, but maybe I just need to get use to it. I recieved marvel alliance as a gift, decent game.

i say wait... or download some roms.

CoD3 controls are wicked. You would be able to have a very good multiplayer experience with CoD3 if it was actually multiplayer.

None of these suggestions really helped, except I am looking at Madden and still thinking of RS.

Carbon is decent, my step bro has it and once you get used to the controls it's fine. But I can always borrow his copy. I don't want trauma center, Super Gay Monkeyball or Rayman. Hmmmmm...

The golf game is pretty fun. Once you get the swing down it's pretty easy as well, although i only got a little bit in to it since my little brother decided to delete the saved game when he wanted to start his own guy.

I've been reading reviews of the games on IGN and of course I would be dumb to take them all as fact but it gives me a good idea of what to expect from each game.

I think I may just get something simple like excite truck to multiplay with friends.

And wait till March when all the good games seem to start coming out.

Excite Truck is a must. It is one of the best racing games I have played. It is so simple yet addicting. Turbo jump 1080s ftw! Only downfall is that multiplayer mode only allows for 2 people.

Red Steelis dope! I haven't played the story mode. I have been playing multiplayer with my friends. The controls are pretty simple and intuitive. I don't understand why it got bad reviews. We'll see after I play the story mode though. Great FPS so far!

Elebits is fun! I love trashing the rooms and finding those little bastards.

Not so great:
Marvel something or other: rented it and didn't enjoy it. I don't like rpg-ish games anyway.

NFSU: the controls were awkward. The characters were corny and the game felt sluggish and lethargic.

For the record, I am in no way a hardcore gamer. This is the first system i've owned that i've gotten more than 2 games for. My last system was an xbox and before that it was s Super Nintendo. I like the games i mentioned for the game play and presentation quality. Not for the graphic and plethora of retarded features.

P.S. I'm probably never going to play LoZ: TP. =P

I am getting tired of people saying they can beat rayman in 5 hours. Yes you can beat story mode in 5 hours, but you will most likely never beat score mode at 100%
