I have a 21st to go to tonight and it is 90s themed. Im not too sure what exxactly to go for. I was young in the 90s (born 1994) so i roughly remember things like strappy little mid drifts, low cargo pants/jeans, highwaisted, flares, hyper colours, etc. But what were the trends? I also need to figure out what to do for my makeup.
