i know that they did work in cotton feilds. but i mean like what did they do? i have to know for the story i am writing...
here is the beging of what i got.. i know its really bad but this is my first draft and im gonna be swithing stuff:
I still remember the day we arived at america to be slaves. it was was a really hot day and the sun was beaming down on us. there were many people that were on the ship with us. now that we arived, it was me, my brothers and sisters, and my parents standing together waiting to see what we are supposed to be doing. by the time it was time for dinner, I was separated from my family except my older brother.
btw im no where near done lol
this is supposed to be a first person naritve. does that mean from my point of veiw?
