So, basically i have to write a paper for the arugment that Abolitionists, during the Civil War and reconstruction, were fannaticss. I was wondering what are some of the reasons people claim this to be (because honestly i dont know where to start.)

The paper isnt arguing whether slavery was good or not, we all know that it wasn't. I just want to know what were some of the downfalls of the Abolitionists methods.
