What websites can I use that have quizzes for your ideal job?

At school we used a thing called JED
You fill out these quizzes
Personality
Your skills
Your grades
And stuff like that.
But when I went on the JED site I have to download and order a CD

I just want to take a PROPER quiz to help me find a suitable job.
With personality, qualifications tests and stuff.
So please, do you know any websites with that?
A SERIOUS site?
Where I DON'T have to download anything??
