about the Maemo 6 device? please give me a site that give the LATEST information on both symbian and maemo development regularly thru newsletter or any means that shows LATEST information on Symbian ^3 , S^4 and Maemo 6.
 
There's no better source of info about maemo 6 other than maemo.org. If you want info about Symbian then go to symbian.org. As for info by mail that is unlikely, and RSS feed would be more usable.

Also you do not specify what type of info you need, technical details or end-user perspective.
