What was this horror movie?

I remember watching this as a little kid the movie poster showed like a woman in a white dress trying to get out of a gate and the movie was about this woman and her children who are ghost and live up in the the attic or something then these mean couple and their daughter who is also mean move into the house this is not beatlejuice and I think the only scene I remember was the ghost were trying to escape while the mean family try to get them and I think the movie was part of disney and this is not haunted mansion.Pls leave a URL or something from imdb or wiki or other sites:) thanks
