I have been looking online for years now, and google is no help... Here is what I remember from it...
It was set in high school and they started an abstinence pledge, the main girl was defiant and did research against the powers that be. By the end of the movie it was discovered that everyone was lying and no one stuck to the pledge.
I don't remember much else.
