They were little cards you could have people poke out numbers and on the back it would tell them how much to pay (between $.01 and $.50), once all the numbers were picked you would mail in all the money you collected and you would receive two of the product one for you and one for the winning number. Anyone remember what those were called or what company did them? Also if they are still available?
