What was the finality (or is there one yet) of the Health Care bill?

I haven't been following this in the news lately, so I'm a bit "behind". Please someone do tell us what the finality (if there is one) of the Health Care bill is. What was the consensus? Anything signed into law?

The Democrats are going to do everything they can to force it through BEFORE November. We will be stuck with SOMETHING. As to a "law" there isn't one yet.
