During the Holocaust, the Nazis were trying to build an ideal society made of Aryans. The first people targetted were mentally and physically handicapped people. The Nazi doctors would go into hospitals, euthanize patients who were mentally/physically disabled, and then tell the family that the person died from some disease. Usually, euthanasia was accomplished by injecting a chloroform injection in the heart.
