discussing the Somali incident.? Who found that a "little uncomfortable?" IF not irresponsible? Even Pres. Obama "blew off" a question about the incident. Like HE was offended! During the campaign, didnt Obama remind us how "...we may have to deal with more than one crisis at a time..."? And that he was up to the task? It appears NOT!

Hillary often broke into that cackle when confronted with a tough question during the campaign. I'm beginning to believe that she has an
uncontrollable nervous reaction under pressure which causes her to laugh out of context. Not good. Real bad for a Secretary of State.
