What was muslims´contribution to the world civilization in the last 500 years?

I found a site where Muslims proudly inform of the great achievements they contributed to the world in the past.The achievements were really impressive:Omar Khayam,Ibn Sina,Al-Kindi,Ibn-Rushd ...Great names!
But the problem is that the last of the achievements dated 15th century.
And after that?
And after that-silence.As if all the 1,2 billion of Muslims ran to make the suicide belts,black tents their women put on themselves(are they so ugly that they are ashamed to show their faces?),and "Qassam" rockets,and had no time to spendon such "nonsense" as science and arts.Someone can tell me,how and in what way Muslims contributed to the world civilization in hte last 500 years ?
 
ahahah I found this question really interesting!
in my opinion, they have done nothing in the last 500 years, they stopped their "evolution" in the 15th century...
but it is only my opinion...

They were ruled by the Turkish Ottoman Empire from around 1550 - who were very greedy and took what they could. You'll probably find the Ottomans claimed credit for everything. The Empire went into decline from around 1800 - but it was long and painful . It didn't collapse as some do - it crumbled - and finished in 1918..

While Muslims were making all the cultural and scientific progress before 1500 - can you tell me what contribution Jews and Americans made in this time?
