What was Books and Authors like before...?

What was Books and Authors like before the Twilight generation? I get the impression that it was more productive. Was it?
 
Probably pretty slow. Few questions, fewer answers. Oh, or Harry Potter obsessed. That's just a swing in the dark though since I've only been on during the time of major Twilightyness. xD
 
Uhh... productive? I don't know, but before twilight, there was definitely a whole lot more quality. Unfortunately teens seem to latch onto mediocre things these days.. there are exceptions of course, but as a mass, I pity teens.
 
Sure was, there were great users who contributed so much to this section. Our top B&A user, Persiphone_Hellecat was a goddess in writing and reading. And the Twilighters shooed her away. Damn those tween freaks.
 
I love that you asked this question. I have no idea as, alas, I only found Yahoo! Answers post-"Twilight," though I wish I knew it before. I wish it were acceptable to send them to a "Twilight" fan page/forum so other questions could be seen by more people. Sorry I don't have an answer for you, I just wanted to let you know you're not alone in wondering. :)
 
I still post twilight questions but post other questions more... people need somewhere to get out there OH MY GOD TWILIGHT THIS AND TWILIGHT THAT... so they do it on here... im a twilight rabid freak my self like just the other day i ran out of the car into a family at hastings... ran straight to the door and pulled on it but it was the exit door lol the boy looked at his family like "why was that girl running into me and running straight to a locked door?? "is she retarted or something?? So then i saw the door was locked after pulling on the door so many times that it might finally come loose. the lady in the front said it was sold out but i rented it sooo now i get back in the car and people r laughing at me... thats how big of a "twilight freak" i am.....
 
Of course. We didn't see stupid questions involving disturbing content about how pathetic twilight people can be when it comes to their infatuation.

But it wasn't as much fun without the Potter/Twilight war going on.
 
probably like not that popular, like not alot of posts.

Hey I like twilight.. but it's too overated and i'm tired of everyone talking about it. It's annoying.. and twilight questions keep popping up every 20 seconds. I mean get over the fact Edward is so "beautiful" It's annoying.
