What verizon wireless plan and phone is best for my teen?

She loves to text and we travel a lot she is talks on her phone by spell she currently is with Alltel but I am going to switch her over to Verizon since they are merging. So far I know its going to need things like unlimited messaging as well internet. She has a contract phone and I don't I have a at&t go phone(she pays her own bill). So I just need a phone plan and a phone that wont break her pocket, I don't want her paying over 79.99 for a plan and remember we travel so it cant be costing her for roaming when were on the go.

the best phone would be the LG enV3 in Maroon.

Verizon's NV3. It has a full keyboard and has great web capability. It is a 20-30 dollar plan. And you could switch yourself over for only $9.99!
Trust me, she'll love that.
