I get an upgrade in two weeks. Before, I have always had unreliable phones (I would always not get calls/texts- is this Verizon's fault or my phone's?). I don't want a super fancy phone, I just need one that is easy to text on, is reliable, and does not require a data plan. Also, I need one that isn't too expensive. I'm fifteen and have to pay for it with my own money (and I have 86 cents in my bank account as of now- by then I will have $40, however.) and we get like $50 off or something. Thank you
