What vehicle does NOS GM part number 2442086 fit? Camaro Chevy El Camino?

I have a large number of NOS GM parts and I can't find out what this exhaust pipe piece fits. The pipe has one bend and a flange on one end. It is part# 2442086. The OEM tag also says "PIPE 412GG" and has (2) dates of "070579" and "07059". I'm not sure what this fits however many of the other NOS parts I have turned out to be for the 57 Chevy, Corvettes, El Camino etc.

Any help is appreciated.
