I have used collegeboard to determine what school I should go to but there are way to many choices. I'll finish high school with a 3.6 GPA if all goes well and many AP and Honors classes. First of all Id like to get either an international relations of a political science bachelors. Tufts seems like a possible candidate. But there are 100's of schools that offer either one of those and the ones that specialize want you to have a 4.0. So Any suggestions? European colleges are definitely not out of the question.
