I have a water lily that stays out all summer and comes in for the winter. I want to get a small fish that can survive outdoors in a planting pot.
FYI this isn't a small container. Of course in the winter the fish will be put into a container of its own rather than in the container with lily. Also there's aquatic soil and barley straw in the pot. Will this harm the fish?
Thanks Dan. @Viva that's a bit of a problem because the water lily requires direct sunlight.
