depends the area u live in because the income of the businesses depends on whats around it like for e.g.
if u live in a place that has lots and lots of resturants and gym places to work out the best bet to make money is a healthy food resturant so that people who go to the gym want to eat something healthy but yea your best bet in making money in small business is in the food industry like bakeries and stuff but u have to be creative also like have a theme like sweet chocletes from the latin countries or something like that^_^
