What type of services are available at those VIP airport lounges?

I am going to have a three hour layover at the Ft. Lauderdale (Hollywood International) airport, and I just found out my credit card company includes the annual membership fee and the first three visits to these types of lounges. The web page says "alchohol available," "refreshments available," etc. but I am wondering if you have to pay for all of those things, or if it's all included. Also, does refreshments mean "food" or just "drinks?" Thanks for any info!
It's the credit card company (CitiPremierPassWorldElite) who is offering the pass to Priorty Pass lounges, so it isn't supposed to matter the airline or ticket level. It's a presidential lounge I think at this particular airport. Anyone been there?
