what type of pest is eating my garden and how can i get rid of them?

i have a small garden outside my house and i grow zucchini, tomatoes, eggplant, basil, oregano, thyme, cilantro, and peppers.
there is something eating the leaves of the zucchini, tomato, eggplant and thyme. their leaves look spider webby.
please help me identify what it is hurting my plants and how i might be able to save them. thank you =)
