What type of music files does the Nokia 3100 support?

I'm trying to help my friend get some ringtones by sending them to him. I just wanted to know what type of files are supported by the Nokia 3100 (ex.midi, mp3, etc.)

If you could answer this...thanks a lot! :)
 
3100 supports 16 channel midis and True Tones (AMR files). And of course the old monophonic tones.
