What type of motor oil should i use on my 96 jeep with 168000 ml to increase oil pressure?

Lately my Jeep pressure has dropped a bit. Is it time to change the viscosity level? Should I use 20w50 instead of 10w30 to bring the oil pressure a bit up. Thanks.
