What type of martial arts type should I take?

I'm a big guy, 6 foot 2, 350lbs, But I hold it well. A lot of it is muscle mass, but still a fare amount of fat. I'm looking for a type of fighting style for my size. Hopefully something where I wait for the attacker to come to me so I don't waste energy by moving to much. Any Ideas?
