I did Tae-kwondo for a bit but quit because i didn't really like it, and found that it would mainly only work in the dojo. I want to do a martial art that would work in real life situations, and can be offensive.
Im 14, and weigh about 115 pounds, and im about 5 foot 7. (pretty small) and i want to know how to be able to defend myself and be able to go on the offensive if i do get attacked of get in a fight. I would also like to do it just to get stronger as im a runner and i want something thats actually good..
so yeaah , just some options that you would think thatd suit me and a bit about them
